All cabins listed are located in Mountain Shadows Resort, Gatlinburg, TN
- Outdoor swimming pools open daily weather permitting 10am - dusk. Seasonal May - Sept. !NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY!
- Please review sign for pool usage rules posted at each pool
- Do not feed the bears
- Only park in designated spaces in front of your rented cabin
- Only passenger vehicles are permitted in the resort. The following are not permitted in the resort: commercial trucks, trail bikes, recreational vehicles, motor homes, motor coaches, snowmobiles, campers, trailers, boats, or boat trailers
- Resort Quiet Hours are 10pm - 8am
- All rental cabins are independently owned and operated
- Terms of cabin rental are between guest and cabin owner or their respective manager/representative
- Resort amenities are owned and maintained by Mountain Shadows Resort HOA
- Website owned, operated, and maintained by Mountain Shadows Resort HOA
- Links to cabins, events, business, etc are operated by those respective parties and are not guaranteed by Mountain Shadows Resort HOA
